Fraser Property’s landmark integrated development One Bangkok to open doors on Oct 25

One Bangkok, an incorporated development located in the Bangkok Central Business District, is set to launch its entry ways to the general public on Oct 25. The property is built by TCC Assets, a part of Thai corporation TCC Group, and Frasers Property Holdings (Thailand), a unit following Singapore-listed Frasers Property. Frasers Property is also a member of TCC Group.

The masterplan for One Bangkok was created by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), the architectural business behind famous high-rises such as New york city’s One World Trade Centre and Dubai’s Burj Khalifa.

According to the developers, One Bangkok has an investment market value of US$ 3.2 billion ($4.17 billion), making it one of Thailand’s biggest private sector formulations. Taking up an acreage of 17ha, it includes 5 office space towers, three non commercial towers and 8ha of greenery. It even has numerous retail places and 5 accommodations, comprising Bangkok’s primary Ritz-Carlton and Andaz real estates.

3 of the business office towers at the development are currently working, with lessees including international business such as Baker McKenzie, Estee Lauder Business, and BMW Team Thailand. The retail services are spread out throughout three connected malls, of which two are going to open up on Oct 25.
