Weave Living opens two flagship properties in Singapore

The residential property was formerly known as Citadines Mount Sophia. A shared enterprise consisting of Weave Living and international possession manager Blackrock bought the real property in February last year for $148 million.

Rental accommodation service provider Weave Living has released 2 new front runner real estates in Singapore, based in the East Coast and Mount Sophia spots. According to the group, the dual release belongs to its ongoing expansion in Singapore and throughout the broader Asia Pacific place.

Weave Suites – Hillside is set to launch in March with starting prices from $199 per night with a minimal six-night stay or $4,480 per month.

The property is Weave Living’s initial pet-friendly location in Singapore and delivers amenities on-site including a resort-style swimming pool, gym, bbq pit, and a family-friendly park.

The real estate lies in just 10 minutes’ stroll of Marine Parade MRT Stop on the Thomson-East Coast Line. It is also near entertainment and lifestyle hubs such as East Coast Park, Joo Chiat and Katong.

Weave Residences – East Coast, nestled on Still Roadway, comprises 93 self-contained residences, ranging from studios to two-bedroom apartments and penthouses with personal pools. The houses, which are open for booking, have a launching price of $3,700 monthly, with a merest six-month stay.

“Our goal is to satisfy the needs of people and households searching for more than just a location to live– via these brand-new launches we strive to deliver an experience that enhances their lives,” claims Doshi.

Facilities at Weave Suites– Hillside consist of a gym, yoga studio, outdoor terraces, and open-concept receptions. There are even co-working spots, private meeting spaces, and recreation spaces finished with a recreation rooms, karaoke workshop, and a theatrette.

The building stands close to Orchard Road. It is also within walking distance of the Rochor, Bencoolen, Dhoby Ghaut and Bras Basah MRT Stations, giving connectivity to the Downtown, North East, North-South and Circle Lines.

At The Same Time, Weave Suites – Hillside stands on Wilkie Road in the Mount Sophia enclave. It includes 175 suites varying from open-plan workshops to one and two-bedroom layouts.

Hong Kong-headquartered Weave Living currently has 3 properties in Singapore. Its first is Weave Suites – Midtown, a 65-key real estate on Jalan Sultan, which opened up in 2023. Weave Living and SLB Development had jointly obtained the real estate, previously referred to as Hotel Clover, for $74.8 million in 2022.
